It was nice and clean inside, great atmosphere. However, the customer service wasn't the best. You weren't greeted when walking in, rather just stared at. One of the workers there wasn't very polite. While the coffee was good, other than ice chunks in the frappes (I didnt try the ice cream), the customer service made this a 3 for me.
GREAT service, the nicest people. The coffee was great. We also had a frappacino there, SO GOOD! My husband and kiddo got ice cream and loved it. Great variety of items (as far as different milk options, syrups, etc.). We went every day we were in town and have said multiple times we miss it since getting back home.
Such a great space to get a coffee for you and ice cream for the kids then hang out. Highly recommend this place. Truly encompasses the essence of Broken Bows small town beauty and spirit.
