I have bought every vehicle I have owned from the previous owner of the Dodge shop in broken bow. I tried to continue to do business there after Jack hodge bought it and I did buy two vehicles from there in last two years. They do have a good sales person Dillon. Now this is how things have gone since, on the Jeep during a oil change /tire rotation. I had a flat on my way home and discovered they (the tire and oil technician ) some how rounded all the lug nuts on all the wheels so i was stranded on the side of road, until a roll back come and picked up jeep. so I checked the rest of vehicle and they had left the oil cap off and drain plug loose to the point of leaking. Then I took this vehicle back to the Dodge shop because the AC was not working. They took it apart and let it sit in shop for a couple weeks. If this is all it was then It would be good. the next vehicle I bought I had about the same lack luster response to any problems that come up. So If you have time, drive to De Queen and check with that dealership before you buy. This is where I have started taking my vehicle for warranty work or any thing else. So far I have had good service.
The place for poor folks and their pocket change to buy a box on wheels with good or bad credit get you point a to z.
Work done on time. Employees were great. Will use them again.
They take good care of their customers and they are super friendly I have bought several vehicles and I'm more pleased with this one and the way they treat me
We have tried several places before. But for our last 5 vehicles we have went to them and they are great. Dillon has been our salesman since the first time and he is very helpful and tries all that he can to get you the best deal possible. Will always go back.
