Love their wifi ...great price and it works great
For years I have wanted to review this place. Here we go. Terrible customer service, ridiculous plan options, issues with Apple devices because they refuse to upgrade their systems, accounting for data differenly than what you use, and above all complete incompetence in relation to the status of their own systems. They also do not meet specified requirements for mobile data speeds or home wifi speeds, but that is Pine in general. When you purchase data plans you should be guaranteed around 5MBPS download and 5MBPS upload. You do get 5 down, but just barely 2 up. This is what you get when you pay full price. My advice, do not waste your money.
