I called to have my husbands shirts starched and the lady told me she wouldnt be able to complete the order by the time I had asked, So I politely thanked her anyways and told her to have a great day!
She began talking to what I assume was another employee before completely hanging up the phone, I heard her telling the other person in what I believe was a very unprofessional and rude manner, almost like I had wronged her by asking her to starch my husbands shirts!
