5. We got to keep the hair turban as a gift.

3. The strawberries and brownie were delicious.

2. The wrong music was playing.

6. We decided to get a robe and some slippers from the gift shop. We paid WAY TOO MUCH for these. The price for the slippers included a mark up, but not enough to make me feel bad about paying the extra price for them. However, after doing some investigating, the robe is being sold for a THIRD of the price on Amazon. Shame on me for not checking first.

PROS

We decided to book a couple's Romance Package while we were staying in the Beaver's Bend area. Here was our experience:

CONS

4. The robes and slippers were cute and comfy.

4. The massage is advertised as 90 minutes, but that's not true. The entire "experience" is 90 minutes.

1. We were greeted in a timely fashion and given a tour of the house.

3. The massage consisted of being rubbed down with shea butter and dead sea salt, but that was it. I expected a massage to target areas with muscle tension and work the tension out. Needless to say, I'm still tense in the same areas. My best massage (somewhere else) consisted of 60 minutes of the massage therapist targeting muscle tension for $60, and it left me feeling WAY better than this one did.

Needless to say, we were disappointed overall. I left feeling a little disappointed, but the more I think about it, the more upset I am. I just thought people should know what they're getting into before they decide to go get a massage from this place.

THE BEST EVER!!! KANDACE IS THE BEST MESSAGE THERAPIST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

5. They massaged shea butter in my hair telling me it would be super conditioning, leaving my hair feeling silky. However, in order to get the shea butter out, you need to use heat, dish detergent, and then shampoo. I was also told that Joy, the detergent they give you to get the shea butter out, is sulfate-free, which is a LIE. I've been using sulfate-free shampoos for quite some time now, but the process to get the shea butter out has stripped all of the natural oils out of my hair, leaving it dry and frizzy.

1. We booked (or at least thought we booked) the Romance Package, but we were placed in a different massage room with no rose petals on the beds.

2. The massage beds were more comfy than your standard massage bed.

OMG If you go to Broken Bow without setting up an appointment for a massage you're MISSING OUT!! I would drive to Broken Bow just to come here, BEST PLACE EVER!!
