Great little BBQ spot. I had the brisket and pulled pork. Nice and smokey but not not bitter. Very tender and juicy also doesn't need sauce but the sauce is very tasty. Make sure you get the potato salad. I'm used to a mustard based salad so I was a unsure at first, but let me tell you it was the most creamy I've ever had.
May have to stop by before I head home to try the ribs.

Best BBQ around, hands down. Smoked just a few feet from where you order this stuff comes off with great flavor. From ribs to pulled porked to sliced/chopped brisket this place has it all. If you want a quick lunch or to grab a few pounds to bring home for the family, the Rib Shack has what you need. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
