The sheets and the blankets were not freshly laundered and had weird stains on them.
My husband and I said at The Zaza cabin for our first wedding anniversary. The cabin was a great set up for a couple's getaway. However, the company that we rented from was below par. We spent the entire drive to Broken Bow, OK (around 3 hours) trying to get ahold of them so that we could get the right directions and key code to get into the cabin once we arrived. They never answered. I tried the email address they had provided and it came back as "nonexistent". Luckily we were able to dig around on their website a bit and found the location of the cabin but still no way to get in. When we arrived the backdoor was open or else we would have been locked out from a cabin we had already paid a good penny for. The lady finally called back around 3 hours after we arrived and said she would send the code... that never happened. Needless to say, the management was terrible and we wont be re-renting with this company. The Broken Bow area was cute and a beautiful place to visit. I highly recommend visiting this area if you just want to getaway.
A constant swarm of gnats came from the sink and were always present.
Very disappointed CLEARLY pay with pre paid card they can take any fees they want..... After booking for 4 nights and having a kennel booked for my Pomeranian and miniature schnauzer then the day we were leaving getting a call the kennel had over booked we decided to take them knowing clearly posted on their website there was a 250 fee for doing so. My family has stayed at alot of rental cabins around this area but never been treated so bad with fraudulent charges after we departed 250 turned into 500 with the property manager stating they can charge whatever because the owner spent 800,000 on the cabin well dont rent it out then
The cabin was filthy and smelled like old cigarettes.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS FILTHY TRAP.
I called and spoke with Ms. Mitchell and she was rude and stated " you're here now, what are you gonna do, find another cabin"?
Very disappointed. The customer service was really bad.
